Volta SuperDrive Belt

The SuperDrive belt is a positive driven, low tension, smooth, seamless, hygienic, belt meeting and exceeding the stringent requirements of the food industry.

The SuperDrive belt’s smooth and seamless surface on both sides of the belt eliminates food particles and allergens from being captured in the crevices making for an effective, sanitary environment.

The structure of the integral teeth on the SuperDrive belt duplicate the v-guide often found on guided belts. The use of  Volta’s grooved tail pulley and slide bed provide a natural guide system that eliminates off-tracking.

Benda delivers the low-tension, seamless thermoplastic SuperDrive conveyor belting solution in an open frame design for key industries such as meat and poultry, baking and fruits and vegetables. The belt is driven by sprockets and the low tension design decreases belt stretching and take-up.

The SuperDrive belt allows for open frame conveying, high levels of sanitation and is easy to clean which results in a reduction of water use and chemicals. In addition, our customers have found further labor, and risk savings.
