From trough style slider bed belt conveyors to bucket elevators and bulk product count and weigh systems, BMI has the equipment designs that address your specific product requirements. This series of equipment can be supplied in painted carbon steel or in our sanitary stainless steel
washdown construction.

A single unit can handle a wide variety of pouch sizes, rates and pack patterns. The servo driven slide discharge allows for accurate placement of pouches. The empty carton feed system ensures uninterrupted flow of cases for optimal system operation. Each unit comes complete with an easy operating control system utilizing operator interfaces. The system is designed to add future product and patterns.

A wide variety of scoop flights and buckets are available for your specific application. Each unit is designed to handle your specific flow rate and product size.
A series of conveyors and product specific designed guides and transfers allow for single filing of products at very high rates while using a minimal amount of floor space. These units have been proven extremely reliant while remaining versitle enough to handle products ranging from baked muffins to frozen cookies.
Trough Style slider bed belt conveyors in both closed and open frame design. This design is a proven design in handling bulk product of all types. Long lengths can be easily tracked with BMI's AutoBelt Tracker system. A wide assortment of belt scrappers designed specifically for your application are available.
The BMI series of special small diameter transfers are designed to handle your specific product gently and consistently. These units can either be jumper driven from existing or new conveyors or powered. All units can be easily integrated into your existing system to address troublesome transfer points. Belt types can range from plastic belt with 1/2" diameter static or rotating nose bars to tight weave stainless steel belts with 1/4" diameter nose bars. Powered round and hex rollers are also available in single, double and triple configurations. All of our units are available in Washdown Construction. |
