Vertical Pan Cleaning System   Benda Manufacturing has designed, developed and implemented a newautomated Vertical Pan Cleaning System to address theproblem of debris left in the pan. Currently in production at a large baking facility, the Vertical Pan Cleaning System uses automation to lift the hot pan into a vertical position enabling debris to fall followed by compressed air, controlled by sensors, to eliminate the remainder of the debris.
